About Us
All shipments must be signed for "UNCHECKED" unless they are checked as "in good condition" at the time of signature. If goods are signed for in good condition but not checked at that time then any damage claim will be attempted on your behalf but not guaranteed. SPD will NOT accept returns from drop ship retail customers so they must return the goods to the trader from which they purchased. Damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of signing for as received unchecked.
Shipping back of damaged wheels is the responsibility of the trade buyer.
Shipping address must be on each individual trade order, even if it is your own address. Email foot notes will not be accepted as proof of address.
Wrongly supplied trade to trade goods must be returned to SPD within 14 days of receipted signature or no refund or swap out will be considered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, if a refund or swap out is given no original shipping will be refunded to the purchaser.
All other correctly supplied goods shall not be considered for return to SPD unless expressly agreed in writing before the ordering of said goods.
Only stock items can be returned, special order items must be paid for in advance and cannot be returned under any circumstances, SPD will act as agent only for special orders.
Any goods supplied at under retail price at the time of purchase or in more volume than one pcs or set, or for resale, will be considered a trade to trade sale. Group buys are also a trade to trade sale.
The customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of Preston County Court Lancashire for the resolution of any disputes
These terms must be expressed to your customers if we drop ship for you and by ordering the drop ship service your company is accepting these terms.
Making A Purchase RETAIL SALES:

CONSUMER CONTRACTS INFORMATION CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES REGULATIONS 2014 states that retail Customers have 14 days to register the request to return goods , this time line point starts the day after any signature at their address .From the day they register the request to return they have 14 days to provide dated stamp or dated proof of postage back to SPD. Any returns received outside these criteria will be subject to review by SPD management and additional out of pocket expenses will be deducted. All returned goods must be new and unused and fit for re sale and in the original packaging

Our shipping companies will only cover cost price goods up to a maximum of £90 per consignment. Additional insurance is required you must add 1 unit of insurance per £500 consignment value.
Body panels like lips, splitters, sills, GRP, Carbon panels are not covered.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy SPD Automotive Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
